These Terms & Conditions apply to all patrons, visitors, players, and guests using the facilities, services, website, and online booking systems of Momentum Sports Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering the premises, making a booking, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Momentum Sports Hub reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. General Facility Rules
To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone:
- No food is permitted on or around the courts.
- All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illicit or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises. Anyone found breaching this rule will be asked to leave immediately, and authorities may be notified where required.
- For safety, children under 12 years of age must always be actively supervised by a responsible adult (parent or guardian – 16+) at all times while at the centre.
- Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted on the courts.
2. Dress Code & Footwear
- Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times.
- Only clean, non-marking indoor court shoes are allowed.
- Entry may be refused to anyone wearing bare feet, casual shoes, work boots, hiking shoes, or outdoor sports footwear.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks.
- Momentum Sports Hub staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice or treatment.
- You should consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions.
- Management reserves the right to restrict facility use if a person’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
4. Court Bookings & Usage
- All courts must be booked and paid for prior to play.
- Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booking.
- If play continues beyond the booked time, additional charges will apply in hourly increments.
- Extensions are permitted only if courts are available and payment is made.
- Use of an un-booked or un-paid court will result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the booking start time.
- Eligible cancellations will receive booking credit for future use.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time.
- Bookings made within 12 hours of play are non-refundable.
- All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Management reserves the right in terms of refunds and their decision is final.
6. Conduct & Entry Conditions
- Visitors must act respectfully toward staff and other patrons.
- Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, harassment, or disruption will not be tolerated.
- Momentum Sports Hub reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person acting in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
7. Security & Monitoring
- The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.
- Unauthorised access or misconduct may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Personal Belongings
- Visitors are responsible for their own personal items.
- Momentum Sports Hub is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
9. Damage to Property
- Any damage caused to courts, equipment, or facilities must be paid for by the responsible individual.
- Repair or replacement costs will be determined by management.
10. Court Allocation
- Management reserves the right to change court allocations when operationally required.
11. Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By using Momentum Sports Hub facilities, you acknowledge that:
- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
- This includes use of courts, equipment, common areas, parking areas, and participation in coaching sessions, events, or social play.
- Momentum Sports Hub, its owners, staff, and contractors are released from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from facility use.
12. Conflict Resolution
If you believe you have been treated unfairly, please contact Momentum Sports Hub management directly. All matters will be handled confidentially and professionally.
